To ensure the highest quality output possible, please upload vector logos (.EPS, .AI or .PDF files).
You also have the option of uploading your entire design using Adobe Illustrator templates. Tap the “Pattern Template” tab below for more info.
In general, it takes a few business days for us to create your products, and around 1 week for the items to be delivered to any location in the U.S. In all, a good estimate is around 10-14 days total for delivery of your items.
NOTE: For members, you can always track the status of your order by going to > My Account > Order History from the top navigation bar.
Our pattern templates can be opened using Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape. After transferring your design to our Adobe Illustrator Pattern Template, upload the file into our 3D product customizer. This will allow you to see your full design on the 3D model.
