By using the services offered by Print on Demand by Merchiful, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which are in addition to our Terms and Conditions, Color Matching Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Change of Mind
No returns or refunds are accepted on orders where customers “change their mind” after the item has already been approved and sent to production.

Product Defects
If an item is defective (for example we printed the wrong face on the pillow), or the wrong item was sent, contact us right away and we will replace the item and re-ship it to your customer free of charge.
Production Delays
You may request cancellation and refund of an order if it was not fulfilled within 14 businss days since the order was sent to production for printing.
