Shipping Policy

AGREEMENT TO TERMS:
By using the services offered by POD, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which are in addition to our Return Policy, Color Matching Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

When you transact with POD, your transaction is solely between you and POD, a manufacturer of customized wholesale print on demand products. We are not a shipping company and facilitate the services of DHL, a third-party courier, to deliver your product. 

How Your Items Are Shipped

Each item in your bulk order is individually wrapped in a clear plastic bag and shipped via DHL in a plain, unmarked box. The shipping label will display your brand name (or your name if unavailable) as the shipper. We ship from Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines.

Lost Shipments

DHL's policy on lost international shipments involves specific procedures and guidelines for reporting, investigating, and potentially compensating for lost packages. Here’s an overview:

Reporting a Lost Package

  • Timeframe: Report a potential loss as soon as possible, typically within 21 days of the shipment date.

Investigation Process

  • Tracking and Verification: DHL will verify the shipment’s tracking information.
  • Additional Information: Proof of value and other documentation may be required.
  • Duration: The process generally takes 5-10 business days.

Compensation and Liability

  • Declared Value: Compensation is typically based on the declared value of the package.
  • Refund of Shipping Costs: In some cases, DHL may refund shipping costs if the package is confirmed lost.

International Policies and Country-Specific Rules

  • Customs Delays: Customs delays are not covered under DHL’s lost shipment policy.
  • Country-Specific Regulations: Regulations in some countries may affect compensation or handling procedures.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and should double-check before submitting an order. Additional costs due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility. Once shipped, packages cannot be redirected, and POD is not liable for or able to refund orders sent to an incorrect address.

Wrong Item Received

If your customer receives an incorrect or defective item, please contact us promptly for a resolution.
