By using the services offered by POD, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which are in addition to our Shipping Policy, Color Matching Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

Change of Mind:
No returns or refunds are accepted on orders where customers “change their mind” after the item has been approved and sent to production.

Product Defects:
If an item is defective (e.g., incorrect print), or the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately for a replacement, which we will re-ship to your customer free of charge. Claims for defects must be made upon opening the item and before it is washed.
