NO MINIMUM QUANTITY:
We have no minimum order requirement, so you can order just one piece if you want to.

BRANDED DROPSHIPPING:
We’ll ship your items from our address in California, using your name or brand for labeling and packaging.

SHIPPING METHOD
All items are shipped via USPS. Once the item has shipped, tracking numbers will be provided to you.

PRODUCTION TIMES:
Your customer can expect to receive their item between 10-15 business days after production has started on their order (not including shipping transit delays that may have been caused by USPS). For rush orders, contact us first.

We use sublimation printing and do all manufacturing in-house. From patternmaking to printing and sewing, we handle every aspect of the manufacturing process.

We manufacture your items on demand at our factory in the Philippines

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?
Please doublecheck our size charts and make certain that the sizes you're ordering are correct. We do not replace items if an incorrect size was ordered. Once an order is paid for, we do not accept alterations to the order. If an incorrect or defective item was shipped to you, we will replace it free of charge.

Our pattern templates can be opened using Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape. After transferring your design to our Adobe Illustrator Pattern Template, upload the file into our 3D product customizer. This will allow you to see your full design on the 3D model.
